2Account Registration & Verification

To register at Kikiriya, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account with false details is a breach of these terms and may result in account termination.

• Each individual may register only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device, email address, or payment method is prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• Your account must not be shared with or used by any third party.
• A national ID card or passport may be requested for KYC verification.

3Age Limit & Eligibility

Kikiriya's services are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

• During registration, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
• A government-issued ID may be requested at any time for age verification purposes.
• Managing an account on behalf of a minor or facilitating their access to gaming is strictly prohibited.

4Deposit & Payment Policy

Kikiriya accepts deposits via mobile banking and approved e-wallets. All deposits are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes on Kikiriya.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• In cases of suspicious deposits, Kikiriya may suspend an account pending verification.

5Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw from Kikiriya, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be met before winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if any suspicious activity is detected.
• Withdrawals exceeding a set annual threshold may require additional documentation.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

Kikiriya offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be met.

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered members only and can be used once.
• Withdrawing bonus winnings typically requires wagering 15–30 times the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account termination.

7Gaming Rules & Regulations

Each game on Kikiriya has its own rules. It is your responsibility to read and understand them before you start playing.

• All game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) — independently verified by a third party.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, your stake will be refunded.
• Violating game rules or attempting to cheat will result in account termination.
• Attempting to profit from a game error will be treated as fraudulent activity.

8Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities constitutes a breach of Kikiriya's terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Attempting to hack or breach the security of the platform.
• Creating or operating an account using false information.

9Account Security

Kikiriya uses the highest level of technology to keep your account secure. That said, you also have a personal responsibility to protect it.

• Use a strong password and update it regularly.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact support immediately.
• Avoid logging in over public WiFi.
• Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled.

10Account Suspension & Termination

Kikiriya reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time without prior notice. This typically occurs for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false or fraudulent information.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.

11Changes to Terms

Kikiriya reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notice.
